T-Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless tied for the top ranking in the J.D. Power & Associates twice annual wireless customer care survey. Both carriers typically rank well, last year T-Mobile got #1 and Verizon #2.

The study covers online, telephone and in store support. This year's survey showed that 59% of customers had to contact their carrier within the last 12-months. This is the highest figure since the survey was started in 2000.
