Symbian's Q2 sales triple

Symbian's second quarter sales tripled with more than 7.8 million unit sales. The first half of 2005 has seen more sales than all of 2004.
Some other interesting notes from Symbian:
* There are 54 from 7 manufacturers currently shipping Symbian powered phones
* There are 4,122 third-party applications available
Symbian's mobile phone operating system of the same name is now in
version 9.0.
