An article at Newsweek Online notes that Cingular is in talks with HBO over wireless video content. HBO is well known for its critically acclaimed original programming (Sopranos, Six Feet Under, Deadwood, etc) and the deal could be one of the largest of its kind:

Cingular is planning on launching 3G service in select US cities in the fourth quarter and would be an excellent launching pad for a partnership with HBO.
