Paper: Cisco mulls buying Nokia

According to an article in Sunday Business (not currently online), a UK business weekly, Cisco Systems is considering buying Nokia. Earlier this month, Nokia's CEO
announced that he would be retiring next year.
The article notes that Cisco CEO John Chambers is very interested in merging with a wireless infrastructure company.
Cisco is the much bigger company, with a market cap of $123B versus Nokia's $71. Both companies refused to comment.
