McAfee expects more mobile business

McAfee, the second largest security software maker, is
on record saying that several deals are in the works with mobile device makers. McAfee president Gene Hodges noted at the RBC Capital Markets conference that, "We see several deals in the offing."

Reuters the time-frame on those deals was "coming months" and said it includes "big" mobile-device makers, but declined to comment on which companies were involved and where they were based.
The
mobile security market is expected to heat up over the next year as malware becomes more common.
