The Motorola E895 was announced this morning at JavaOne. The E895 uses a new operating system called JUIX (it combines Linux and Java) that Motorola believes is easier to use than existing smartphone operating systems. At this time there were no screenshots of JUIX's user interface available.
Other features of the Motorola E895 include:
* Tri-band GSM with EDGE
* 1.3 megapixel camera with LED flash
* Bluetooth
* TransFlash memory card slot
The Motorola E895 should begin shipping in the fourth quarter of this year.
