SIRIUS Satellite Radio has teamed up with Sprint PCS to provide some of its music channels to Sprint's Vision subscribers. Not much info has been provided, but the companies are expected to announce details later this year (including pricing). Some of the music channels being evaluated by Sprint and SIRIUS for the new service include new hits, classic rock, hip-hop, country, blues and soul to jazz and Broadway's best music.
Last month the CEO of XM (the other satellite radio company) let it be known that his company is also talking to mobile phone carriers.
