RAZR V3 CDMA and SCH-V740 ship on same day
Motorola and Samsung each
shipped a super-thin mobile phone for the Korean market today. The two handsets will compete head-to-head for consumers wanting the thinnest phone.
First word of the Motorola RAZR V3 CDMA came at CTIA
back in March. Samsung's answer to the RAZR CDMA is the
SCH-V740, which is .5mm thicker than the Motorola. While not winning the thin race, the V740 does manage to pack in a few more features like EV-DO.
The CDMA RAZR may find its way into the US market, possibly before the end of the year.
