Answers.com, a relatively new service from GuruNet, has launched a mobile version dubbed MobileAnswers. After launching earlier this year, Answers.com became
well known thanks to its partnership with Google. Google links to Answers.com for dictionary results for search terms on each results page.
The mobile version, MobileAnswers, is available at
mobile.answers.com. It's is slimmed down version of the main site for smaller screens. Answers.com uses several databases, including the massive online encyclopedia Wikipedia, to create a page of information about a topic instead of long lists of links to other sites. Having content on one page makes mobile searching much easier.
