Nokia inks deal with Macromedia over Flash

Nokia has signed a licensing agreement with Macromedia that will let Nokia ship Series 60 phones with Macromedia Flash. As part of the agreement, Macromedia will implement new versions of its mobile Flash technology for Series 60. bq. The agreement will provide opportunities for the 1.8 million registered developers in Forum Nokia and the more than one million Macromedia Flash developers to create new compelling Flash content and applications for mobile phones to be deployed through operators worldwide. A time frame was not announced.
