Motorola i605 details leaked

The Motorola i605 will be the first iDEN mobile phone from Motorola with Bluetooth. Destined for Nextel, the Motorola i605 will be a welcomed site--currently the BlackBerry 7520 is the only device carried by Nextel that offers Bluetooth. The feature set is pretty similar to other Nextel phones, excluding the Bluetooth:
- Bluetooth
- Color display
- GPS
- Java
- Speakerphone
