Feds to reconsider airplane cell rules

The FCC
will begin considering rules that would end the official ban on cellphone use on commercial airline flights in the US. This will be a controversial decision--airplanes are one of the last cell phone free zones. If the current rules get reversed, the big winner may be Bose Quite Comfort Headphones:
