The
Washington Post has
an article [free subscription req.] in today's issue about a new service that sends pictures of live traffic conditions to mobile phone users. Customers using Traffic Land's
AirVideo service tap into nearly 300 cameras in the Washington D.C. area. Your phone needs only to support WAP 2.0 to be compatible. You can view all of the camera views for free online, but must pay ($59/year or $8/month) to view the feeds on your phone.
