Kyocera sues Nokia for patent violations

Early
reports are flowing in about a lawsuit between Kyocera and Nokia. Kyocera states that Nokia is violating Kyocera's patents in 36 of its mobile phone models. It is not known what models Kyocera is claiming are violations, but the company is asking for the courts to stop the sale of the phones.
