Vodafone wants larger stake in Verizon

has a piece that notes Vodafone would like to have a bigger stake in Verizon Wireless (currently the company owns 45% of Verizon Wireless). However, Verizon Wireless would also like to have a bigger stake.
Verizon has wanted to buy Vodafone out since Vodafone tried to buy out AT&T Wireless earlier this year. Vodafone is the world's largest cell phone carrier while Verizon Wireless is the largest cell phone carrier in the US.
