Holiday season 2004 phone preview

PhoneScoop attended a media event in New York City this week where mobile phone makers showed off their holiday 2004 lineup. We've covered most of the phones pictured already, but it's great to see non-promo photos (you can see how big the phones really are). One interesting bit was that Motorola created an extended battery for the MPx, but it increases the size by about 1/3 (picture). Another new fact for us was the Sony Ericsson S700a, the EDGE sporting version of the upcoming S700. It has a black color, that until now was previously unknown.
