Many national cell phone carriers have announced their plans for hurricane Frances, the latest storm to threaten Florida. Here's direct links to each carrier's press release:

Furthermore, T-Mobile USA announced that it is once again makings its Hot Spot service free in Florida to aid communication. The free ride lasts through Monday.
At this time the storm seems to be weakening... Which is good for Florida residents (including MobileTracker!).
