Virgin Mobile U.K. plans $2B IPO

Virgin Mobile U.K. has announced plans for a $2 billion (exchange rate adjusted) initial public offering (IPO). The company has 4.1 million customers, and added nearly a quarter million in the latest quarter. The shares should go up by the end of July.
