McDonalds, AT&T Wireless in SMS powered game
McDonalds has partnered with AT&T Wireless to power a new Olympics based "on-package" game. The only way to play the trivia game is through text messages. It's not clear if only AT&T Wireless customers can play, but that is most likely the case. 250 million to-go bags will be a part of the promotion.
A similar deal was inked with Kellogg's. Over 80 million cereal and snack boxes will carry either a sweepstakes or trivia game that uses SMS. Non AT&T Wireless customers can play via the web.
