Casio shows off 3 megapixel camera phone

Japanese mobile phone carrier KDDI has announced the
Casio A5406CA, the world's first 3 megapixel camera phone (technically 3.2 megapixels). Other features of the handset include a QVGA display, 16MB of internal memory and a miniSD slot for up to 128MB of extra storage.
