AT&T Wireless finally came in first for something... However, it is first in customer complaints. The FCC released figures on the number of complaints for US wireless companies:
Verizon Wireless is both the largest carrier in the US and the least complained about (the measure was number of complaints per 10,000 customers, so smaller carriers do not have an advantage). Very impressive.
