Phone co's say cell users are returning

While everyone has heard consumers are switching from landlines to mobile phones, the phone companies are now starting to sing a different tune: they are switching back. bq. Faced with fierce competition from wireless telephone providers, traditional wire companies are stepping up their services to lure back and retain customers. DSL is helping to fuel the growth because often times you can't get DSL without first having local phone service.
