Samsung mass producing 2 inch SLS-LCD's

Samsung announced that it is now mass producing 2 inch SLS-LCD displays meant for mobile devices. It has a high resolution of 200 pixels per inch and delivers a resolution of at least 250:1. SLS stands for Single Crystal-Like Silicon, and is a newer technology in flat panel displays. There is no time table for when you should start seeing these in mobile phones, but our guess is that it will be soon.
