T-Mobile USA to carry BlackBerry 7730

T-Mobile USA yesterday announced that it will begin to carry Research In Motion's BlackBerry 7730 at the end of April. The device is currently only available in Europe, and was announced in November 2003. The features are pretty standard for a color BlackBerry:

  • 65,000 color screen
  • Cradle-free wireless email synchronization
  • 16 MB flash memory plus 2 MB SRAM
  • Use your own email address, including Microsoft Exchange and IBM Lotus Domino powered accounts

T-Mobile USA says that its customers will enjoy the 7730's larger screen and improved battery life. Pricing will be announced on April 30th when it ships via T-Mobile direct business sales. We will keep you posted.
