Cingular ships BlackBerry 7280 / 6280

Cingular announced that it is carrying Research In Motion's BlackBerry 7280 and 6280 mobile devices. We mentioned the
BlackBerry 7280 in October 2003. It sports a color display, which sets it apart from most other RIM devices. The 6280 is monochrome.
Pricing is quite low: $299 for the 7280 and $249 for the 6280.
