Orange to use PalmSource software

Euro carrier Orange has
announced that it signed a deal with PalmSource, makers of the popular PDA operating system.

"Under the terms of the global partnership Orange will join Palm's development programme, the Palm Powered Mobile World, which was set up to provide hardware manufacturers and service providers with software support and extend the reach of Palm-powered smartphones."
PalmSource
recently split its OS into two parts: Cobalt and Garnet. It's not clear which will be used by Orange.
