Real Networks picks up more carriers, updates software

Real Networks announced today that is has
signed up 5 more carriers to use its mobile video software. This brings the company to 180 million new faces, and is a major win in its battle against Microsoft.
Furthermore, the company also
updated its software for mobile content creation. The Helix family of products make it easier for content producers to create and broadcast content to 2.5 and 3G networks around the world. The software should ship by the end of the quarter.
