2 billion mobile phones by 2008

recent study by the Baskerville research company predicts that we'll have 2 billion mobile phone users by 2008. This means an increase of over 800 million users in the next 4 years. The report notes that most of the new customers will come from India and China.
GSM recently went over the
1 billion user mark.
