NEC intros smallest cam phone

NEC has announced the world's smallest camera phone. The business card sized device is aimed at the Chinese market, but is gaining world press. Even with the size, NEC didn't skip out on features:
* 1.8" TFT LCD
* Digital camera
* 40-chord polyphonic ring tones
* Mobile light (flash for the camera)
The phone is set to launch this month. Pricing is unknown.
