NTT DoCoMo to launch "disaster board"

NTT DoCoMo announced that it is creating a mobile message board for announcements of disasters (Earthquakes and such). i-mode users will be able to use the message boards and glean information in a timely manner during disasters, times where voice may or may not work. When will you be able to use this new service? During the next catastrophe.
