Washington D.C. bans phones while driving

Washington D.C. has
banned the use of driving while using a cellphone without handsfree set. The law, while not active yet, was passed today. We first
mentioned this story over a month ago.
A firm date for the law to begin has not been set, but will most likely be this summer.
