Hungary locks down on camera phones

Hungary has
taken a step to curb unwanted pictures being taken by mobile phones. According to the data protection ombudsman, if you want to take and send a picture of someone, you must first have their permission. The ruling came after one of the country's wireless carriers ran an ad with the following:

"If you see a good-looking girl or guy on the street, don't hesitate to share the aesthetic experience with your friends via MMS."
