EDGE PC card reviewed

This is the first review we have seen of Sony Ericsson's new PCMCIA card that gives Windows powered laptops to access EDGE data networks. We first noted the device last month. It's interesting to note that the reviewer had better luck at opening web pages than downloading files--speeds for downloads were a mere 2K/sec. AT&T Wireless has an all you can eat EDGE data plan available for $79.99 a month.
