Nokia makes official statement on explosions
Nokia has finally made an
official statement on the tales of numerous explosions that have been
spreading around the internet. The company advises customers to stay away from aftermarket batteries.
There have been unconfirmed reports that Nokia uses crypography in its official batteries that is needed for optimal performance. Third party batteries lack this crypto, and are known to not work as well. But, it's not clear if this has anything to do with the explosions.
