noted that Samsung has released the first GSM phone with a built in TV tuner. The company first hinted it was moving in this direction
back in June. Here are the details:

* NTSC TV tuner + video capture and transfer via MMS
* 262K color display
* Clamshell form factor
* 40 chord polyphonic ringtones
It will be available in the US November '03, December '03 in Europe and February '04 in China. More information can be found at
