AT&T Wireless has ordered the tech needed to meet investor NTT DoCoMo's deadline for it to launch a next-generation cell phone network in the United States according to C|Net. If the network isn't up in at least 4 US cities by December '04, AT&T Wireless has to return the $6.2 billion from DoCoMo.
