Nokia profit falls 28%

Nokia's quarterly profit was
down 28% for Q2 2003. Profit should be down for Q3 as well. The company pointed to a weak dollar as well as flagging sales for the downturn. Shares in the companies stock went down an impressive 17% after the news.
