Verizon Sues Nextel For Espionage

Here's a hot and steamy story for you--Verizon is sueing Nextel for "improperly obtained" prototypes of Verizon Wireless cell phones that are aimed to compete with Nextel's "Direct Connect" powered phones.
Back in May, MobileTracker brought you an exlusive on the technology Verizon is now suing over, and our source maintains that the phones are coming soon. Other major carriers are planning a similar feature, so the summer looks to be full of white hot competition.
