European Roaming Alliance

Word on the street is that Orange is going to join a roaming alliance started earlier this year by T-Mobile, Telecom Italia Mobile, and Telefonica Moviles. This would help all companies involved compete against Vodafone which offers roaming over nearly all of Europe. Bloomberg published a Wall Street Journal article on the topic.
