US Presidential candidate Howard Dean is
using text messages in his campaign. This has been proven to work in countries where SMS is a common communication platform, but not in the US. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Here at MobileTracker HQ we had not even
heard of Howard Dean until reading this story, so the new campaign must be working.
