Mobile Spam Crackdown

Following up on our
previous report on SMS Spam, it looks like Australia is cracking down. The West Australian is
reporting that carriers that don't crack down on junk SMS messages will face fines of up to $10 million AU. It sounds like a drastic move and will be interesting to see if it works. [via
