Low Prices Not Enough

According to a recent study, low priced plans aren't enough to sell a phone contract--at least in the US. Usage patterns vary (some make many night calls, other weekends, still others enjoy SMS), so having plans that cater to different groups is important for carriers. Overall the most highly ranked carrier by its customers was T-Mobile. If you're looking to get a phone, or just want to see how your carrier stacks up, check out the results over at infoSync World (the study wasn't done by them, but it is not publically available).
