Class action against Nokia
ZDNet is
reporting that a California resident is bringing a class action law suit against Nokia for faulty LCD screens in many of its phones. The suit alleges that Nokia knew there were problems but neglected to fix or acknowledge them.
"The alleged defect caused the phones' displays to fade or disappear with "substantial regularity" and that Nokia has been aware of the defect's existence since at least 1998."
